We typically ship within 1–3 business days, and most plants arrive within 3–10 days depending on your location and courier service. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships

While we do everything possible to ensure safe delivery, plants are living products and may sometimes suffer in transit. If your plant arrives largely damaged or unhealthy, please email us at support@nature-whisper.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.

Yes, you can absolutely send our plants as a gift. At checkout, simply enter the recipient’s shipping address. We don’t include pricing details in the box, and you can add a personalized note to make it extra special.
