We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are carefully prepared to ensure your plants are in their best condition before leaving our facility. Shipping times range from 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the plant’s condition. To reduce transit time, we avoid shipping on weekends. -
Because plants are living products, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped. Double transit can severely harm plants. However, if your plant arrives largely damaged or dead on arrival, please email us at support@nature-whisper.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.

Our plants are guaranteed to arrive healthy and well-packed. After delivery, plant care is the customer’s responsibility, as growing conditions vary. We provide guidance but cannot guarantee growth outcomes once the plant is in your home.
